An electrician by trade and a self-taught entrepreneur, Rich built Ampere Alliance from the ground up, growing a small electrical crew founded in 2017 into an integrated group of electrical companies operating across Alberta, B.C. and the USA. Through strategic acquisitions and a clear vision for vertical integration and exponential growth, Rich has brought together a team that delivers at every level. Honest, relentlessly driven and deeply community-minded, Rich leads with the same hands-on work ethic that started it all.

Meet Reg Young- Chief Financial Officer
Reg serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ampere Alliance, leading the company’s finance, treasury, banking, and acquisition strategy as the organization continues to scale across North America. With a background spanning public accounting, leveraged finance, and complex transaction execution, Reg plays a key role in driving Ampere’s growth through strategic acquisitions, operational discipline, and long-term capital planning. Known for his analytical mindset and practical approach, he works closely with leadership across the platform to support execution, strengthen financial performance, and help position Ampere for continued expansion.
