He founded Static Energy in 2017 and has since led the strategic acquisitions of SABRE, Summit Electric, and Boundary Electric. Known for bold thinking and decisive action, Rich champions autonomy, speed, and synergy to drive Ampere Alliance’s mission to build North America’s most elite collective of electrical and instrumentation companies.
